Motunrayo is an experienced Audit Manager with several years of experience delivering high-quality external audit services to public and private sector clients. She has led statutory audits and assurance engagements across diverse industries, with a strong focus on audit quality, regulatory compliance, and risk-based audit execution.

She started her career at PML Professional Services where she has gained extensive experience managing end-to-end external audit engagements, including audit planning, risk assessment, execution, review, and reporting in accordance with IFRS, ISA, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Motunrayo is adept at identifying significant audit risks, designing appropriate audit responses, and resolving complex accounting and reporting matters in collaboration with management and those charged with governance.

In her role, she leads and develops audit teams, ensuring effective supervision, coaching, and performance management, while fostering a strong culture of audit quality and independence.

She has a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic (now known as LASUTECH) and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA).
